Built For

Built for CFOs running finance without an FP&A team behind them

15+ years in finance, come up through audit or management accounting, now running everything — month-end close, board reporting, payroll oversight, cash flow forecasting, tax compliance, audit liaison — with a team of two to six and no dedicated FP&A function.

You’ve already made the call on Xero — that’s not up for discussion, it’s the right tool for your business size and your team knows it well. This isn’t a pitch to replace it.

You’ve probably already tried Claude or ChatGPT for drafting board commentary or summarising documents — genuinely useful, until you hit the ceiling: it doesn’t know your numbers, your accounts, your entities. You won’t be won over by a pitch. You need to see it work on your actual data before you believe it.

The pain, specifically

The close takes 5–8 business days, and you already know exactly which steps are the slowest. The variance commentary for the board pack takes 3–4 hours every month and feels like the same document with different numbers. Your team has information silos — the controller knows where the accruals are, the accountant knows the AR aging, you know the strategic picture — and getting a complete view means chasing three people and assembling it yourself.

When the CEO asks what you’re spending on contractors across all three entities this quarter, the honest answer today is Xero, reports, paste into Excel, twenty minutes, come back. For group clients, intercompany is a recurring headache — a spreadsheet reconciled by hand every month, two hours, always wrong the first time.

What you’re not looking for

A replacement for Xero, another dashboard to maintain, a tool your team needs training on, anything that requires IT involvement to set up, or a product that puts your accounting data somewhere you don’t control.

The questions you’ll ask before buying

Where does your Xero connection live and who can access it? It lives in your own Supabase and Skyvia account, not ours — you can revoke it yourself, any time. Then the bigger, usually unspoken one: you want an AI to write to my ledger? Nothing executes without your explicit confirmation, every time. Then: where’s the approval workflow? There isn’t a separate one — it routes through Xero’s own native approval, on purpose. Then: does this give us segregation of duties? No, and we’d rather tell you that plainly. Agent-channel controls, not an end-to-end guarantee.
